...with a concept developed specifically for the SMARD SC series.
The static condenser doesn’t need a ventilator and thus functions very silently and is not prone to issues because of dust.
Furthermore, the condenser isn’t sensitive to ambient temperature variations and needs no application of correction factors.
Thanks to a constant pressure regulation valve the dew point is stabilised at +3ºC.
The range comprises 4 models covering flow rates up to 100m3/hr under 7 bar pressure.
All models are exchange-guaranteed for 2 years.
• ISO 8573-1:2001 = 4 class +3ºC pressure dew point
• double-effect static condenser included in the body
• insensible to ambient temperature variations
• very silent
• constant pressure expansion valve
• non-pollutant refrigerant
• analog display of the dew point
• condensate drain with temporised solenoid valve
• low power consumption
• low clutter
• exchange-guarantee for 2 years

The SMARD SC dryers are equipped with a double-condenser technology.
The condenser is used not only to dispose of the ambient air compression calories, but also to heat the cold compressed air coming out of the evaporator.
The condensation capacity is thus superior and totally independent of the ambient temperature.
Furthermore, the static condenser doesn’t need a ventilator and thus functions very silently, allowing an implementation near the location of use without causing inconvenience to staff.
The reliability of the dew point is guaranteed by a constant pressure regulation valve offering optimal efficiency of the cooling circuit for 0 to 100% of the flow treated.
A solenoid valve disposes of condensed water.
