Industrial vacuum filtration

Industrial vacuum circuits must also be protected from pollutants by filtration systems. The protections consist of filters upstream of the vacuum pumps either for solid pollutants, or for oily pollutants, or for odors.

The different filtration modes for industrial vacuum


Upstream filtration - VLR & VX1 ranges


Filters to be installed on the network, upstream of the vacuum pumps. They remove liquids and solid particles larger than 5 µ (VLR range) or 1 µ (VX1 range).

Visible level drain pots are optionally available to monitor the level of liquid collected.

Deoiling downstream of lubricated pumps


The EF & EFC series filters are designed to eliminate oil mist at the discharge of lubricated vacuum pumps.
They lower the oil discharge content to 1 mg / m3, avoiding polluting the immediate environment of the pump.

Odor elimination


The ODASORB series of filters is designed to eliminate odors and hydrocarbon vapors at the outlet of lubricated vacuum pumps.
