Developed on the solid foundations of the ACT-EVO range, the new ACT-BLUE series is a cutting-edge solution to the environmental challenges posed by growing regulations on HFC refrigerants.
ACT-BLUE dryers use R513A refrigerant, an innovative solution with a reduced global warming potential (GWP).
Non-flammable (A1-rated) and non-toxic, R513A offers a reliable, sustainable alternative to natural fluids such as propane (highly flammable) or CO2 (requiring high pressures).
Thanks to their low energy consumption, optimum performance and advanced design, ACT-BLUE dryers guarantee maximum efficiency while respecting the environment. They embody a sustainable and reliable technological response, adapted to current and future requirements.

(1) Nominal flow rate at 7 bar pressure, 35°C compressed air temperature, 25°C ambient temperature
for a maximum dew point of +3°C in accordance with ISO 8573-1
The ACT-BLUE series is equipped with ALU-DRY heat exchangers of vertical design, combining air-to-air (economizer), air-to-refrigerant (evaporator) and anti-fog condensate separator modules. This design ensures natural water separation by gravity, with no risk of re-entrainment, while offering optimum energy efficiency.
Thanks to a proportional control system, ACT-BLUE dryers guarantee perfect dew point stability (+3°C), whatever the operating conditions.
ACT-BLUE dryers are equipped with a high-performance electronic controller that displays the dew point and manages system regulation, while enabling remote alarm transmission via a configurable dry contact.
Designed to minimize pressure drop and maximize efficiency, ACT-BLUE dryers consume little energy while delivering exceptional performance, reducing costs for the user.
Depending on the model, the ACT-BLUE series incorporates timed or level-sensing drains, ensuring efficient condensate evacuation while limiting compressed air losses.
