Designed with technologies from the ACT series, the SMAX series make for a great air quality for industrial purposes, with minimum clutter.
• electronic condensation drain
• minimum clutter
• low energy consumption
• electronic controller
• LED display of dew point
• up to 55ºC inlet air temperature
• extremely low pressure drop (<150 mbar on avg.)
• proportional power regulation for perfect dew point stability
• vertical design of the heat exchanger, natural separation of the water through gravity, without risk of backflow
• integrated aluminium close-coupled heat exchanger
• processing capacity designed to adapt to generic compressor powers

Correction factors: any deviation of nominal parameters causes the application of correction factors.
A highly efficient monobloc heat exchanger, built entirely out of aluminium, gathers in a unique configuration the five essential functions of the air drying procedure: pre-coling, condensation, separation, draining and compressed air heating.
This heat exchanger diminishes the pressure drop and is an overall energetically very efficient unit.
The dew point is maintained constant thanks to a high quality proportional bypass regulator valve, specially developed by DANFOSS®. It procure perfect stability and frost-safety, regardless of the dryer’s loading rate.
