Leak detection is the priority action to be taken in an energy saving process.
LOCATOR and TRACAIR are detectors specially designed to locate compressed air leaks. Compact, simple and efficient, they can be used intuitively without special training.

Optimizing compressed air dryers

Significant energy savings can be obtained by equipping (to order or retrospectively) the adsorption dryers with energy savers. These optimize the consumption of compressed regeneration air as well as the heating power required in the case of dryers with calorific intake.

Isolate unused network portions

It is not necessary to leave all or part of the network under pressure when it is not in use (breaks, nights, weekends, etc.). An isolated network no longer consumes the air reserves located upstream (tanks) and does not inadvertently restart the compressors. ECOVANE allows to isolate networks fully automatically and save precious cubic meters of air.
