The ACT-EVO series compressed air refrigerated dryers allow for an under pressure dew point of +3ºC, which suits most industrial installations.
Designed using the best technologies, the ACT-EVO series dryers stand out of the market alternatives.
With its integrated aluminium close-coupled heat exchanger, it was developped specifically for this series.
It offers performances greatly exceeding competing products, in particular with respect to pressure drop, energy consumption and operating temperature.
This heat exchanger offers the most advantageous correction factors on the market.
A proportional regulation bypass valve makes for a perfect stability of the refrigeration circuit and a constant dew point, without frost-risk, regardless of the loading rate.
The dew point is always displayed for visual control.
• 22m3/hr to 9.450m3 air treatment at 7 bar
• 3ºC pressure dew point (ISO 8573-1:2001=4 class)
• integrated aluminium close-coupled heat exchanger
• vertical design of the heat exchanger, natural separation of the water through gravity, without risk of backflow
• proportional power regulation for perfect dew point stability
• no freezing risk
• extremely low pressure drop (<150 mbar on avg.)
• up to 70ºC inlet air temperature
• digital display of dew point and condensation pressure
• electronic controller with configurable alarms
• low energy consumption
• low clutter
• electronic condensate drain up to model ACT-EVO 1000
• level detection drains from ACT-EVO 1130 onwards

The 3rd generation ALU-DRY compact heat exchanger is the cornerstone of the ACT-EVO series.
The latest progress in terms of CAD allowed for an optimization of the component profiles offering better energetic efficiency and less pressure drop.
The ACT-EVO dryers treat more flow for equivalent refrigerating power. In use, that means real energy savings.
The dryers have inlet and outlet fittings next to each other, on one same side of the dryer.
This new configuration eases the connection of filters and the installation of a bypass and makes for a more esthetic, easier to install machine.
An electronic pressure transducer mounted on a Schrader fitting replaces the mechanical contact pressure switch.
Its exchange no longer has gas pressure loss of the dryer as a consequence.
The electronic module monitors the pressure variation of the refrigerant and controls the functioning of the ventilator given certain threshold values, via an auxiliary relay for high power ventilators.
The transducer measures a physical value (pressure), which it converts to an analogical signal (4...20 mA) directed to the controller.
New controller
The new DMC 34 controller displays the dew point and regulates the ventilator and the diverse alarms.
A dry contact allows one to transmit the alarms at a distance.
An integrated clock monitors cumulated operation time and thus informs about maintenance periods.
Another innovation: the condensation pressure is displayed and lets you control the refrigerant circuit.
This valve, which made the reliability of the ACT series, adjusts, in a very precise way, the regulation of the refrigerating power in the evaporator in order to maintain a dew point with no freezing risk, regardless of the loading rate of the dryer.
Unlike certain other less performant valves, this valve receives 2 steering informations: the pressure and the temperature of the refrigerant.
