Retention of bacteria upstream of the pumps.
The MV series filters are designed to stop bacteria carried by industrial vacuum networks before they enter the pump and are disseminated in the ambient air.
The MV series also stops solid particles and liquids which can damage the pump.
The MV series provides an efficiency greater than 99.995% according to the BS 3929-1969 standard as recommended by the British public health manual HTM 02-01.
All these filters are fitted as standard with visible level drain pots in order to control the possible presence of liquids and to drain them in good time.
The range consists of 16 models covering flow rates up to 660 normal cubic meters per hour at 1 bar (A).
All filters are delivered complete with their filter element (s), a differential saturation indicator and a manual purge system.

(***) Connections: parallel BSP according to ISO 7/1.
The MV series sterile filters have been developed by WALKER filtration to meet the requirements of the English Health Memorandum HTM 02-01 for medical fluid pipes.
These filters take place upstream or downstream of the vacuum pumps in order to avoid the dissemination of pollutants and germs in the ambient air.
The filter elements, of oleophobic type, have a cross-linked open cell prefiltration layer, which guarantees a long service life and minimum pressure drop throughout their service life.
All filters are supplied complete with differential pressure indicator and visible level drain pot, autoclavable.
