Centrifugal separators - Grade WS
When air is compressed, the rise in its temperature increases its capacity to transport water in the form of steam.
It is then saturated with water vapour. As it cools, it loses this holding capacity and the water condenses.
It is essential to remove the liquid phases from the air before the other stages of its treatment: dryers are not designed to treat liquid water and the filter media can be damaged by it.
The WS separator is indispensable for all compressed air installations ! To be installed at the beginning of the line, before the tank, or after if there is a long length of pipe before the other stages of treatment.
- Removes 100% of liquids from compressed air (ISO Class 8573 = 7)
- Filter bowl with screw stop. Avoids overtightening, installation and removal without tools.
- New: Thanks to the QR Code on the filter, you can easily find the manual and certificates for your PHENIX filter!
- Trap can be dismantled from the outside! Easy removal and maintenance. (From PNX 120 upwards).
- High efficiency cyclone deflector. Design prevents water from returning to the line.
- Possibility of adapting timed and capacitive traps directly on the bulkhead passage.
- Total internal and external anti-corrosion protection by KTL Dip-Coating cataphoresis.
- Filters in compliance with Directive 14/68 for pressurised equipment for group 2 gases.
- Design in accordance with ISO 12500.
- Manufacturing certified to ISO 9001.
- Silicone-free materials.
