Pre-filters - Grade M (1µm)
The PHENIX-M series micron filters can be used as pre-filters on humid air and as protection for the oil separator filters of the PNX-S series.
Their body, made of die-cast aluminium, is protected against corrosion by internal and external cataphoresis treatment.
The filtering elements are provided with a draining outer layer of polyester fibres, ultrasonically welded, offering much greater resistance and efficiency than traditional reticulated foam layers.
Indispensable for all compressed air production plants ! To be installed at the beginning of the line, after the cyclone separator.
- Particle filtration up to 1μ and residual oil 0.5 mg/m3 at 20°C (respectively ISO 8573 class = 2 and 3)
- Filter bowl with screw stop. Prevents overtightening, installation and removal without tools.
- New: Thanks to the QR Code on the filter, you can easily find the manual and certificates for your PHENIX filter!
- Trap can be dismantled from the outside! Easy removal and maintenance. (From PNX 120 upwards).
- Maximum efficiency, minimum pressure drop: up to 55% less pressure drop!
- Longer service life thanks to a specific pleating that increases the filtration surface by 250% compared to a conventional element !
- Colour coding of the filter elements: red.
- Total internal and external corrosion protection by KTL Dip-Coating cataphoresis.
- Filters in compliance with Directive 14/68 for pressure equipment for group 2 gases.
- Design in accordance with ISO 12500.
- Manufacturing certified to ISO 9001.
- Silicone-free materials.
