The E8 economizer has been designed to efficiently optimize the yields of DELTECH MWE
series adsorption compressed air dryers.
This system regenerates the desiccant only when the dew point exceeds the set value (user
configurable).
The energy consumption is then subject to the actual rate of charge of the dryer (pressure,
flow, temperature).
Significant energy savings are achieved when used:
- Intermittent.
- With fl uctuating flow rates.
- Downstream of a refrigeration dryer.
The E8 economizer is equipped with an alphanumeric display informing
user operating parameters.
It is managed by a SIEMENS programmable controller
and does not require any special monitoring of
the user.
It has as standard a dry contact and a signal
4-20ma for management and reporting of alarms.
