ECOVANE is a programmable valve used to isolate all or part of the compressed air network
during periods of inactivity.
In this way, leaks present on the network no longer consume compressed air and
inadvertent restarting of the compressors is avoided.
this results in a substantial saving on the energy bill of the company's compressed air
station. In fact, according to Ademe, a study has shown that compressed air leaks commonly
consume between 30 and 40% of the compressor output.
ECOVANE saves these ratios on the electrical power of the compressed air plant.
Its operation is fully automatic according to the time periods defined during programming.
A flagship product for managing energy savings in the company, which has an ultra-fast
return on investment.

The waste of compressed air can be avoided by installing ECOVANE at strategic points in the
distribution network.
ECOVANE allows to isolate all or part of the compressed air network during periods of
inactivity of the company (breaks, lunches, nights, weekends ...)
Programming cycles is very simple, using the function keys.
Slow opening and closing of the valve prevents water hammer in the network and protects
the equipment installed on the line.
The network portions, thus isolated, no longer consume compressed air, the volumes
contained in the tanks are preserved, the compressors no longer start to supply leaks.
In the event of an unforeseen event, the user can regain control and manually actuate the
valve on site (or remotely with the optional actuator).
