Odasorb.

Clean the ambient air near the pumps.

The ODASORB series filters are designed to stop oil vapors and eliminate the odors of hydrocarbons discharged by lubricated vacuum pumps. They thus avoid polluting the air and equipment located nearby.

These filters, thanks to their pleated media impregnated with high-performance activated carbon, can be mounted directly on the outlet port of the vacuum pumps.

ODASORB filters are all-in-one type and do not require a housing to operate. Their integrated threaded connection provides quick installation by screwing on a simple threaded outlet connection.

5 models are available (from 1/4 "to 2") for air flows up to 250 m3 / h of air at atmospheric pressure.

  • Compact filters ready to use.
  • Deodorization of vacuum pump rejections.
  • Eliminate oil mists.
  • Steel construction, Zinc plated.
  • Compact, disposable filters, easy replacement.
  • Low pressure drop.
  • Reduce noise from pump exhaust.
  • ISO 9001 certified manufacturing.

ODASORB

The ODASORB series eliminates odors and oil mists released into the atmosphere by lubricated vacuum pumps.

This problem is particularly noticeable in low-volume rooms where the smell of hydrocarbons quickly becomes bothersome and where oil mists end up depositing an oily layer on surrounding objects.

ODASORB filters of the all-in-one type, are fixed directly to the pump outlet via their integrated threaded connection. They contain activated carbon filter media with high adsorption performance to capture pollutants and provide a healthy environment.

These filters also help reduce the noise level of pump exhaust.
