D100_filtre_VLR-VX1 |
The VLR and VX1 series filters are designed to stop pollutants carried by industrial vacuum networks before they enter the pump.
The VLR series stops pollutants up to 5 microns.
The VX1 series stops pollutants down to 1 micron.
All these filters can be fitted with visible level drain pots in order to control the presence of liquids and to drain them in good time.
The range consists of 16 models covering flow rates up to 490 normal cubic meters per hour at 1 bar (A).
All filters are delivered complete with their filter element (s), a differential saturation indicator and a manual purge system.

Color code of VLR elements: Green, VX1: Red.
The vacuum circuits carry a number of harmful pollutants for correct operation and for the longevity of industrial vacuum pumps.
The installation of our filters upstream of the pumps protects the latter from damage caused by solid and liquid materials.
The VLR (5µ) and VX1 (1µ) series filters effectively protect pumps, eliminate costly downtime, lower maintenance costs and increase productivity.
The filter bodies are treated against corrosion by an internal and external treatment, by cataphoresis supplemented by a very resistant external polyester finish paint.
The new generation of filter elements, instant installation, are oleophobic and provided with an exclusive anti-retraining layer. They offer a very low pressure drop and have an increased particle retention capacity.
