BA-WSP filtration sets combine 4 filtration stages into 1 compact unit.
They remove liquid water, oil and hydrocarbon vapors carried by the compressed air.
They are delivered fully assembled, with pressure regulator and manometer and are available in a "wall" version or on a self-supporting frame.
The range consists of 2 sets covering flows up to 60 cubic meters per hour under a pressure of 7 bars.
The sets are delivered complete with their filter elements and 2 automatic drain systems for condensates.

(1) The activated carbon filter element must be replaced regularly to meet the needs of the application, but at least every 6 months.
The quality of compressed air for food, process or breathing applications imperatively requires the elimination of pollutants (water, oil, particles and odors) carried in pneumatic systems.
The quality of the compressed air is a key factor, not only for compliance with standards (ISO 9000, hygiene, etc.), but also to avoid waste incompatible with the industrial profitability demanded today.
BA-WSP units have been developed for the filtration of air intended for applications:
- Food, wine, packaging ...
- Pharmaceuticals, cosmetics ...
- Air process, lasers, 3D, weighing, counting ...
- Industrial breathing air (*)
They are available in a wall version or on a mobile supporting frame.
Delivered fully assembled, these compact units are very easy to install and their very studied price allows a rapid return on investment.
