CAPTAIR condensate drain operate using level detection technology.
The volumetric condensate sensor, coupled with intelligent electronic logic, makes it possible to purge liquids without loss of compressed air.
The evacuation is done through a robust 2/2 valve, direct action, and protected by a cleanable strainer integrated in the body of the trap.
A connector supplied as standard allows a remote alarm to be connected. A sensitive functional test makes it possible to check that it is functioning properly.
A version for pressures up to 50 bar is also available.

A universal trap
CAPTAIR is an electronic, compact and universal steam trap to efficiently remove condensate
from all drain points in the networks, without loss of compressed air.
Reliable and robust, this trap is suitable for all networks, lubricated or not, for compressed
air flows up to 6000 m3 / h at 7 bars.
An integrated, easily cleanable strainer protects the drain valve from large particles.
The control module manages the operation fully automatically.
A connection for alarm reporting is available as standard on a DIN connector
For medium pressure applications, the CAPTAIR HP model is available for networks up to 50
bar.
