Increasingly the quality of compressed air demanded requires precise measurement.
We offer you the means necessary to carry out on-site monitoring of the content of the main pollutants in compressed air, and in particular for air used for breathing purposes and its compliance with standard 12021.
The catches give rise to the establishment of a detailed report on the values recorded and their compliance with the requested standard.
This control case makes it possible to continuously analyze, individually or in full, the following parameters and/or pollutants:
- O2: Oxygen content (in%)
- H2O: Pressure dew point (In ° C and/or ppm)
- CO: Carbon monoxide content (ppm)
- CO2: Carbon dioxide content (ppm)
- VOC: Volatile organic compounds - Hydrocarbon content (ppm)
Other measurement modules can be added (NOX, SO2 and particle counter) to perform analyzes in accordance with medical air (European Pharmacopoeia) or ISO 8573-1 standard.
