Very high purity nitrogen generators

The generators use PSA technology, based on pressure swing adsorption columns, and allow nitrogen purity to be selected between 95% and 99.9995%.

This technology offers an excellent balance between performance and operating costs: it allows the purity of the nitrogen produced to be precisely adjusted, ensuring optimised energy consumption that is perfectly aligned with the actual needs of your application. To guarantee maximum reliability and a long service life, the generators incorporate high-quality components, including pneumatic valves with inclined seats.

The solution for your nitrogen independence

Faced with the continuous increase in the cost of industrial nitrogen and the risks associated with supply disruptions, installing an on-site nitrogen generator is a strategic choice. By producing nitrogen directly from compressed air, this solution ensures an autonomous, stable and secure supply, while eliminating dependence on cylinders or tanks.

3 high-performance series

From 1.3 to 98.9 m³/h
N Series - Low flow rates

From 12.5 to 989.2 m³/h
SEP Series - Medium flow rates

From 125 to 4 946 m³/h
MULTISEP Series - Multi-Column Process High Flow Rates

Automatic operation

The generators are controlled by a highly reliable programmable logic controller offering outputs for remote monitoring and alarm management.

The touchscreen user interface provides intuitive access to all operating parameters such as nitrogen purity, air and nitrogen pressures, the different phases of the cycle, operating hours, maintenance intervals, etc.

Optimised profitability

Producing nitrogen directly on site drastically reduces the usual supply costs. There is no longer any need to manage recurring orders, logistics, storage or handling of nitrogen gas or liquid tanks: the investment in a generator is quickly recouped thanks to the savings made on a daily basis.

Continuously monitored nitrogen purity

Current nitrogen generation technologies offer a wide range of purity, from 95% to 99.9995%. This flexibility allows the purity level required for each application to be precisely tailored, whether for standard processes or sensitive processes requiring ultra-pure nitrogen.

Reliable and continuous supply

With a nitrogen generator, the supply is stable, uninterrupted and completely independent of external suppliers. This eliminates the risk of shortages, protects production continuity and avoids costly downtime due to a lack of nitrogen.

Personalised support

Nitrogen generators are designed to evolve with the business. They can be sized or configured to meet specific requirements (flow rate, purity, pressure). It is a flexible solution, capable of supporting growth and process changes.
