| Brochure nitrogen generator |
Faced with the continuous increase in the cost of industrial nitrogen and the risks associated with supply disruptions, installing an on-site nitrogen generator is a strategic choice. By producing nitrogen directly from compressed air, this solution ensures an autonomous, stable and secure supply, while eliminating dependence on cylinders or tanks.

The generators are controlled by a highly reliable programmable logic controller offering outputs for remote monitoring and alarm management.
The touchscreen user interface provides intuitive access to all operating parameters such as nitrogen purity, air and nitrogen pressures, the different phases of the cycle, operating hours, maintenance intervals, etc.
Producing nitrogen directly on site drastically reduces the usual supply costs. There is no longer any need to manage recurring orders, logistics, storage or handling of nitrogen gas or liquid tanks: the investment in a generator is quickly recouped thanks to the savings made on a daily basis.
Current nitrogen generation technologies offer a wide range of purity, from 95% to 99.9995%. This flexibility allows the purity level required for each application to be precisely tailored, whether for standard processes or sensitive processes requiring ultra-pure nitrogen.
