Reheat up to 120ºC
The TH series compressed air reheaters are made for applications needing an exact temperature:
- above a minimum threshold : to maintain a breathable air network at an comfortable level for users for example
- to bring the compressed air at a high temperature for specific fabrication or tests
Built with a heating element in a spiral shape with short reaction time and monitored with an electronic controller, the unit adjusts the temperature quickly and precisely to respond to flow variations.
The unit come with (TH) or without (BH) control thermometer and must be installed on a perfectly dry and deoiled system.
2 models are available, for a capacity of up to 95 m3/h under 7 bars.

IMPORTANT: The air reheaters must be used with totally dry and deoiled air.
These compressed air reheaters have unique features to guarantee an adjustable air outlet temperature between 20°C and 120°C. Perfectly tailored to industrial or breathable air applications.
A heating element in a spiral shape with short reaction time, driven by a high precision electronic thermostat is used.
This technology enables to adjust the temperature very quickly when variations in inlet air pressure and temperature occur.
The TH version reheaters have a bi-metallic thermometer indicating the outlet air temperature, independently of the electric thermostat.
The bodywork of the reheater stays cool throughout its usage, thus avoiding any burn-injury risk.
