DF filters: A unique but obsolete concept.
The 115 series filters are equipped with adsorbent cartridges that change from pink to bright red by capturing the oil present in the compressed air. This process (Deltech patent) which is carried out from bottom to top, allows direct and reliable reading of the real saturation of the filter element thus avoiding any premature replacement and any pollution of the network.
Several versions are available, including the 115 HEC model fitted with a cartridge fitted with an activated carbon finisher stage for optimal performance.
Treated flow: 25 m3 / h at 7 bars.
Filters 020: Disposable oil separator filters.
The 020 line filters provide perfect protection for pneumatic instrumentation and fluid circuits whose pressure does not exceed 3.5 bar. They are fitted with the Deltech color change system to guarantee the proper functioning of your systems.

Color change filters provide direct and reliable visualization of the saturation of their filter media.
The adsorbent cartridge is mixed with a pink dye (Deltech patent) which reacts to the oil, turning red in successive levels from bottom to top. The standard 115 filter, with a flow rate of 25 m3 / h at 7 bars, does not require a prefilter and is suitable for most pneumatic applications.
The 115 HEC filter includes an additional activated carbon filtration stage, to remove oil vapors from the compressed air. It is intended for applications requiring perfectly de-oiled and deodorized air.
