The CF series filters use adsorption to capture oil vapors present in the compressed air.
They are also recommended for eliminating smells and must be installed downstream of a prefilter + deoiler combination. Theoretically, that makes for a 100% filtration.
The range consists of 18 models covering flows of up to 17.500 cubic meters per hour und a pressure of 7 bars.
All filters come complete and with their filter element(s), a differential saturation indicator and, depending on models, and a manual drain.
• 0.003 ppm residual oil vapors filtered at 20°C (ISO class 8573 = 1)
• filters equipped with manual drains
• chrome-based anti-corrosion protection
• new patented venturi-wave™ technology, without turbulence
• filter elements with color code to avoid any inadvertent inversion
• compatible with mineral and synthetic oil
• Compatible with non-lubricated networks
• silicone-free filters, compatible with “air paint” applications
• compliant with the 14/68 guideline concerning equipment under pressure for type 2 gases
• ISO 9001 certified manufacturing

The DELTECH NG CF series filters are designed to capture oil vapors still present downstream of a submicronic filter. They remove the smell and taste of compressed air: an essential point for the food industry (air in contact with food) or for breathable air.
The filters must be installed downstream of a submicronic filter. Efficiency is guaranteed for a concentration of upstream oil mist of up to 0.01ppm.
All filter bodies are made of aluminium protected against corrosion by a chrome based internal coating.
These filters work with adsorption and have a constant pressure drop and are thus not equipped with a saturation indicator with differential pressure reader.
