A range of filters with sterilizable filter elements whose integrity is 100% tested before shipment.
The filter elements, with stainless steel supports and cups, are guaranteed for 100 sterilization cycles at a temperature of 120 ° C.
These filters have been designed for filtration efficiency exceeding the requirements of the "Health technical memorandum 02-01" for medical gas distribution systems.
The range consists of 16 models covering flow rates up to 2550 cubic meters per hour under a pressure of 7 bars.
All filters are delivered complete with their filter element.

The MS series sterile filters have been developed by WALKER filtration to meet the requirements of the English Health Memorandum HTM 02-01 for medical fluid pipes.
Equipped with sterilizable filter elements, with stainless steel cups, these filters offer performances> 99.9999% at 0.01µ measured by the D.O.P test. (Dioctylphthalate).
The filter elements are designed for a non-stop service life of 1000 hours or 6 months, whichever comes first. They can undergo 100 autoclave sterilization cycles at a temperature of 134 ° C. All items undergo an integrity test and are sterilized (supporting certificate) before shipment.
These filters, intended to retain bacteria and other microorganisms, must be installed as close as possible to use on a dry compressed air line (dew point <= - 20 ° C recommended), filtered and de-oiled.
