The PCD series refrigerated dryers are specially tailored to applications needing dry and cold air.
With its stainless steel oversized plate heat exchanger, it lowers the compressed air temperature in one pass up to a temperature of +3ºC. The air distributed to the network is therefore guaranteed to have a temperature under +5ºC.
This temperature is constantly controlled thanks to a digital display equipped with a configurable remote control.
The line comprises 11 models covering flows of up to 720m3/hr under 7 bar pressure.

The PCD dryers series is tailored to application needing dry and cold compressed air, such as the food or plastic industry.
The PCD dryers (plate cold dryers) are equipped with stainless steel plate heat exchangers. The exchangers were specially dimensioned to lower the compressed air temperature to +5ºC in a single pass.
Unlike traditional dryers, these are not equipped with air/air exchangers. They therefore deliver a temperature close to that of the dew point temperature.
The PCD series produces cold air in a simple fashion, without harming the environment. It will considerably increase the productivity of you industrial processes.
