Advanced oil filtration

The HF series is designed based on the principle of direct coalescence and offers an extremely low content of residual oil (0,01mg/m3 at 20ºC) and is very efficient for solid particles (>99,99% at 0,01 micron).

These filters deliver a very high air quality thanks to their unique submicronic filtration media. They are widely used in: air instruments, measuring and controlling systems, adsorption dryer protection or any activity needing advanced deoiling.

The range consists of 18 models covering flows of up to 17.500 cubic meters per hour und a pressure of 7 bars.

All filters come complete and with their filter element(s), a differential saturation indicator and, depending on models, an automatic drain system for condensates.

Submicronic deoiling

The Deltech NG HF series filters are highly efficient in the elimination of fine particles and oil mist. They are designed for an advanced oil filtration.

They excel in cutting-edge applications and reliably protect the most demanding pneumatic systems.

The efficiency of these prefilters is guaranteed for a concentration of liquid pollutants (oil/water) of 1.000 ppm at the filter inlet.

All filter bodies are made of aluminium protected against corrosion by a chrome based internal coating.

The new pleated filtration media gives 96% of void volume, thus reducing the pressure loss of 50% compared to traditional filtration media.

Foire aux questions

The dew point is the temperature at which the water vapor begins to condense. The dew point corresponds to a relative humidity of 100%. (This is the saturated water vapor content). The air can not contain more moisture in vapor form, water appears in liquid form (dew) A dew point can be negative (frost point) it is white jelly. The saturated vapor content is not linear with temperature but follows an exponential curve. The warmer the air, the higher its saturating content (e.g. 5 g / m3 at 0 ° C, 82 g / m3 at 50 ° C, 588 g / m3 at 100 ° C) The saturating content is independent of the pressure.
