The FLOMAT 580 flowmeter sensor covers a wide range of measurements. It performs very fast and precise measurements thanks to its high resolution and its sampling rate.
The installation consists of a hollow tube through which the fluid passes and the requested measurement is carried out at the section with the connection.
The sensor is capable of simultaneously saving 2 calibration curves, thanks to this the sensor can be used in 2 different gases without loss of precision.
The optional color display makes it possible to display all the measured values, it also makes it possible to make adjustments to the sensor such as for example the diameter of the pipe. The sensor offers two different signal output options. It can have an isolated analog and pulse output for reading the flow and the total consumption. Alternatively, the MODBUS / RTU interface can be used to observe the values measured via the digital interface.
The various parameters such as the type of gas, the flow unit, reference standards, can be set up outside the factory thanks to our service kit or the optional display. The service kit consists of PC software and an interface box that connects the flow meter to the USB port of the PC.
