Filtration up to 250 ° C

A range of filters in 316 stainless steel designed for the filtration of particles in air compresses up to 250 ° C.

These filters are available in 3 filtration grades:

- 5 microns, 1 micron and 0.01 micron.

The filter elements are specially designed to withstand high temperatures and are fitted with steel cups.

The range consists of 8 models covering flows up to 1150 cubic meters per hour under a pressure of 7 bars.

All filters are delivered complete with their filter element.

  • Stable and guaranteed efficiency up to 250 ° C
  • Filtration of solid particles only.
  • Efficiency up to 0.01µ
  • 100% stainless steel construction.
  • Filter elements with cups and stainless steel rod.
  • Low initial pressure drop and load.
  • Filters in accordance with Directive 97/23 for group 2 fluids.
  • ISO 9001 certified manufacturing.

Filtration in extreme conditions

HT series filters are designed for the filtration of particles on compressed air networks where the temperature can reach 250 ° C.

They find in particular their application for the filtration of fine desiccant particles downstream of air dryers by adsorption with regeneration by calorific contribution.

Body, element cups and tie rod are made of grade 316 stainless steel making these filters insensitive to corrosion and most of the chemical attack.

8 models available, from 35 to 1150 m3 / h at 7 bar pressure.
