Efficient Water-Cooled Technology
The WFR range of final coolants is designed to effectively lower the temperature of compressed air at the compressor outlet or before any process requiring controlled temperature. Thanks to their robust design and thermal performance, they enable :
- A significant reduction in contaminants (water, oil) present in the hot air.
- Improved efficiency of treatment equipment (adsorption or refrigeration dryers).
- Optimised sizing of your installations.
- Cooling of the compressed air at the compressor outlet.
- Delivered air temperature reduced to room temperature + 10 ° C.
- Accept up to 150 ° C as input.

WFR
Compressed air flows through a bundle of smooth copper tubes housed in a steel shell. Chilled water is injected in counterflow around the tubes, guided by baffles to ensure full surface contact. The water absorbs the heat from the air and exits the separator warmed, ready to be cooled again by a refrigeration system (cooling tower or chiller unit).
