Safety and protection of workers
Filtration alone does not produce compressed air of breathable quality. The regulations require the elimination of toxic gases such as carbon monoxide and dioxide.
The residual water vapor content must also comply with a value determined by the lowest ambient temperature expected on site.
The BA series breathing air purification chains guarantee compressed air in all respects compliant with the standard for industrial breathing air NF-EN 12021.
Delivered assembled and tested, their installation is quick and safe.
The range covers flow rates from 34 to 238 m3 / h useful, that is, on a consumed basis of 15 m3 / h (average flow rate of a hood), the air supply for 2 to 15 operators approximately.

The ambient air drawn in by the compressor contains quantities of pollutants which must be removed before this air can be used for breathing purposes.
Water, oil and particles are not the only ones to be among these contaminants. Toxic gases, such as carbon monoxide (Co) and carbon dioxide (Co2) must be brought below the thresholds imposed by standard EN 12021.
This standard sets the values to be observed for the quality of the air supplied for use with respiratory protection devices (diving suits, hoods, mouthpieces ...)
