Series A final circulating water refrigerants offer remarkable efficiency and performance with
minimal footprint.
Water cooling allows, when the user has an adequate cooling water network, to maintain
controlled air temperatures throughout the year and not to be dependent on high summer
heat.
Thanks to the A series, lowering the compressed air temperature allows significant savings
on the selection and operating costs of compressed air treatment equipment.
The maximum inlet temperature of the compressed air at the inlet of the refrigerants is 120° C.
The outlet temperature is at most 10 ° C higher than the temperature of the cooling
water.
The range includes 14 models covering flow rates up to 4500 m3 / h at 7 bars.

(1) The water flows are given for 15 ° C at the inlet and 25 ° C at the outlet.
(2) Water pressure range: 3 bars minimum - 7 bars maximum.
(3) The refrigerants are supplied with a centrifugal separator but without a condensate trap
(To be selected from our range as required)
'A series' final refrigerants are designed to lower the temperature of the compressed air at
the compressor outlet, or before any process requiring a controlled temperature.
They thus eliminate a large part of the contaminants (water and oil) present in significant
quantities when the air is at high temperature.
Lowering the compressed air temperature improves the efficiency of air treatment
equipment and avoids oversizing the dryers (by adsorption or refrigeration)
The compressed air circulates inside a bundle of smooth copper tubes contained in a steel
shell. Water is injected against the current outside these tubes where baffles allow passage
over the entire surface of the beam. The water thus extracts the calories present in the
compressed air and leaves the heated separator to be cooled again by the refrigeration
system (tower or central water).
