WALKER has unveiled its new range of centrifugal separators which will be available in early 2012.
The latter benefits from the new foundries of the “Alpha” filter series presented at the start of 2011, internally protected by an anti-corrosion coating by cataphoresis “e-coatTM”.
The new centrifugal deflector has been designed using the latest CAD software to identify and eliminate any drop-in efficiency over the range of flow rates processed by each separator.
The results, tested and proven according to ISO 12500-4, show an almost constant performance, as shown in the graph below.
These exceptional separation performances, even at the lowest flow rates, make this range particularly attractive for installations fitted with variable speed compressors.
The range includes 15 tapped models (40 to 2,500 m3 / h) and
6 boiler models with flanges (from 2,150 to 25,500 m3 / h).
