ELITE, the new series of PURO separators brings technical progress reflecting the expectations of users collected in the field during the 5 years of marketing.
First of all, a new design with a lower height to facilitate the replacement of the filter elements.
New filter elements, more compact and lighter, always with the aim of facilitating maintenance operations.
3 filter elements, instead of 2 in the previous version, combining different separation techniques to guarantee a residual oil content of 10 ppm maximum.
An indicator of visual saturation of the lifetime of the filter elements to plan maintenance in a good time.
A new closing and locking system by quarter-turn of the tank lids. The purified condensate drain connection has been oversized to facilitate drainage and avoid any obstruction.
PURO Élite also retains the advantages of the previous version and in particular:
- Treatment of condensates from all types of traps.
- Treatment of polyglycols on specific media.
- The supply of an individual protection kit (overall, gloves, and mask) as well as used recovery bags with each kit of filter elements.
- A visual overload indicator.
- A turbidity test kit.
The PURO ELITE range covers flow rates up to 1800 m3 / h. Availability: March 2009.
