Depuis 1980, STEMM fournit des équipements en métal fritté poreux sur mesure tels que des bougies frittées, des pierres de carbonatation ou bien des pièces microporeuses. Ces pièces sont utilisées à la fois pour la diffusion des gaz et la filtration des liquides et gaz.

Grâce à sa structure microporeuse, l'acier inoxydable fritté permet la formation de microbulles (de 0.4 à 1.4 mm) augmentant ainsi considérablement l'efficacité de diffusion du gaz dans le liquide. Il est devenu au fil des années un atout de choix pour parfaire votre carbonatation, oxygéner ou encore désaérer vos moûts.

L'acier inoxydable type 316L fritté possède toutes les qualités pour une utilisation en brasserie :

  • ►Nettoyage facilité : résiste aux acides et aux solvants
  • ►Résistance à la chaleur : jusqu'à 400°C
  • ►Robustesse mécanique et durabilité
