Norme ISO 8573-1:2010

La norme ISO 8573-1:2010 établie par l’Organisation Internationale de Normalisation permet de classer la qualité de l’air en fonction de trois paramètres :

- Le nombre de particule par m³

- La teneur en vapeur eau, pouvant être également définie par le point de rosée par m³

- La teneur en vapeur d’huile par m³

Ainsi l'ISO 8573-1:2010 permet de fournir les informations relatives aux polluants présents dans les réseaux d’air comprimé. Ces informations permettrons par la suite au client de pouvoir au mieux répondre aux exigences de qualité d’air tout en connaissant sa qualité initiale.

 

Une classe d'air X / Y / Z correspond à :

X : Nombres de particules par m³ d'air.

Y : Poids de vapeur dans l'air comprimé.

Z : C'est la masse d'huile contenue par m³ d'air.

X, Y et Z étant des nombres entiers, plus leur valeur s'approchera de 0, plus la qualité d'air correspondante pourra répondre à des exigences strictes.

Une classe d’air 1 / 2 / 1 correspond respectivement :

 

  • 1 : Au nombre de particules par m³ : moins de 10 entre 1 et 5 µm, moins de 400 entre 0,5 et 1 µm et moins de 20 000 entre 0,1 et 0,5 µm
  • 2 : A un point de rosée sous pression de -40°C soit 0,117 g de vapeur d’eau par m³
  • 1 : A 0,01 mg d’huile par m³

 

Plus chacun des chiffres de la classe d'air se rapproche de "0", plus on pourra répondre à des conditions strictes.
