Obtaining ISO 14000 has become a goal for many companies concerned with producing clean. These companies must therefore imperatively treat all their polluting discharges, among which are oily condensates from compressed air systems.

For classified installations, the standard is 10 mg of hydrocarbons maximum per liter if the total discharge exceeds 100 grams/day. (Value imposed by the decree of 1/3/93) This value can be lowered (installation classified or not) by different authorities. (DDASS, basin agency, nearby natural park or drinking water catchment area....)

Remember to systematically offer an oil-water separator during your offers by recalling the texts in force!
PURO separators are designed for a residual value of 10 mg/liter and therefore comply with the ISO 14000 standard.
