Pre-filters - Grade M (1µm)

The PHENIX-M series micron filters can be used as pre-filters on humid air and as protection for the oil separator filters of the PNX-S series.

Their body, made of die-cast aluminium, is protected against corrosion by internal and external cataphoresis treatment.

The filtering elements are provided with a draining outer layer of polyester fibres, ultrasonically welded, offering much greater resistance and efficiency than traditional reticulated foam layers.

Indispensable for all compressed air production plants ! To be installed at the beginning of the line, after the cyclone separator.

  • Filtration of particles down to 0.01μ and residual oil 0.01 mg/m3 at 20°C (ISO Class 8573 = 1 )
  • QR Code on the filter, so you can easily find the manual and certificates for your PHENIX filter!
  • Total internal and external anti-corrosion protection by KTL Dip-Coating.
  • Filters comply with Directive 14/68 on pressure equipment for group 2 gases.
  • Design in compliance with ISO 12500.
  • Manufacture certified to ISO 9001.
  • Silicone-free materials.

(*) Flow rates indicated according to ISO 7183 (20ºC and 1 bar absolute) under 7 bar relative

Particulate matter: > 99.9999% at 0.01μ
Oil: 0.01 mg/m3 at 20°C

Elimination of liquid phases at the start of air treatment.
