The FRIOCUBE-BLUE range is designed to meet the needs of low-power industrial applications. Featuring modern, high-quality components, it offers a wide range of configurations that integrate perfectly with all cooling processes. This series is equipped with a proportional control valve, ensuring water temperature accuracy to within ± 0.1 K of the desired set point (on request). This precision is essential for applications requiring particularly rigorous thermal stability.

Ecological refrigerant R513A
The FRCB series of liquid chillers is the new PARTENAIR range that complies with European F-Gas* regulations. The use of R513A refrigerant gas, which is environmentally friendly, low GWP, non-toxic and non-flammable, means that the FRCB range can be installed indoors. The wide operating range of FRCB chillers meets the most diverse industrial requirements.

[*] The European F-Gas regulation requires each refrigerant producer or exporter to comply with a gradual reduction in the annual quota of refrigerant gas expressed in tonnes of CO2 equivalent (GWP x mass). It is therefore necessary to reduce the use of refrigerant gases with a high environmental impact in favour of more environmentally-friendly gases with a low GWP.

Structure
The covers and self-supporting structure are made of steel protected by polyester powder paint. The fasteners are made of stainless steel or electro-galvanised. Removable panels allow easy access to the interior of the unit for maintenance operations.
All models are fitted with lifting hooks.
The clear arrangement of components, refrigerant circuit, hydraulic circuit and numbering of electrical system cables make it easy for operators to check the unit.
Castors are available on request to make it easier to move the machine on site.
Complete refrigeration circuit
Compliant with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, it is built using top-quality materials, by qualified personnel, using rigorous brazing procedures.
It consists of :
- MITSUBISHI SIAM compressor for scroll and hermetic compressors,
- Hermetic FRCB006 to 007
- Scroll FRCB009 to 017
- Piston FRCB002 to 005 - 3 phases
- Reverse phase protection for all three-phase models
- Silent block mounting
Hydraulic circuit
All models come as standard with a hydraulic circuit made from non-ferrous materials. This solution is particularly appreciated in industrial applications. All units can be used with mixtures of water and ethylene glycol (up to 30% concentration).

Condensers
This compact, high-performance all-aluminium micro-channel condenser makes it possible to design lighter, more compact machines. It significantly reduces refrigerant gas charges (-30% compared with traditional solutions).
All the condensers are protected by an epoxy coating that ensures high resistance to corrosion, even in aggressive environments.
The all-aluminium construction eliminates any risk of galvanic corrosion. From model FRC006 upwards, the condensers are protected by a removable, washable stainless steel filter.
