Slightly less known, due to their size reserved for large flows, the DB series SPX (Deltech Group) dryers are designed to satisfy the most demanding users.
Many advantages characterize them:
- No consumption of compressed air.
- Pressure loss <100 mbar.
- Thermal insulation of hot parts.
- Touch screen control.
- Energy saver on set point
dew point.
The touch panel provides quick and intuitive control of all dryer functions and operating parameters. (Opposite left).
The energy saver regulates the cycle on the dew point delivered. The pressure dew point is permanently visible on the front panel. (Opposite right).
But the most significant advantage remains undoubtedly the consumption "zero compressed air".
No regeneration phase of the cycle consumes compressed air. 100% of the incoming flow is available for use (which is far from the case on some external heat dryers currently available on the market).
The factoring of all these advantages (humidity control x low pressure drop x thermal insulation x zero compressed air) makes it possible to offer a range of dryers with highly optimized performance and at the top of its category for the energy savings achieved.
ACT refrigeration dryers
Continuation of our series devoted to the innovations of dryers ACT 180 and higher.
Lots of changes regarding the refrigeration circuit:
The refrigeration compressors used are all scroll type and use the R 407 C refrigerant. Having a lower compression rate, this gas offers better efficiency and lower energy consumption. One more asset in terms of energy savings.
Condensation fans now have 2 levels of regulation as standard (Bi-speed for single-fan plates, or multi-stage for multi-fan models).
The condensers have been resized to meet the "Export" conditions and are, as standard, tropicalized.
All models are now fitted with a removable stainless steel mesh condenser protection filter to prevent fouling and therefore premature loss of efficiency. This filter is very easily removable (4 tabs 1/4 turn) and cleanable. It offers a long service life compared to the plastic mesh filters commonly used on some competing dryers, when they are present. . .
The refrigeration regulation and safety are ensured, as in the past, by 3 Danfoss brand pressure switches and by a thermal safety protection on the refrigerant gas discharge temperature.
The bodies have been revised and reduced in order to optimize the space occupied as well as the footprint.
